Hybrid hot tub

A hot tub is a heated outdoor bath that can be fitted with various extras, such as a SPA system, underwater lighting or a filtration system.

A hot tub can be heated with wood or electricity, and we also offer a hybrid version, which means you can heat the hot tub both with wood and electricity. The warm water stimulates blood circulation, helps relax muscles and can reduce stress and joint pain. A hot tub is suitable for every season, from a crisp winter evening to a balmy summer night!

The only difference between an internal and an external wood stove is the amount of available space in the hot tub. With an internal stove, the stove takes up a small part of the interior space, as it's built into the hot tub. The raised area where the stove sits can be used as a seat to cool off for a moment without having to step out of the hot tub. An internal stove also gives a sleek, minimalist look.

An external wood stove stands next to the hot tub, leaving more seating space inside. In terms of power and heating time, internal and external stoves are equal; the choice between the two is therefore mainly a matter of preference regarding space, convenience and appearance.

A solid, well-prepared surface is the foundation for years of carefree enjoyment of your hot tub. A little effort beforehand prevents possible problems later. A hot tub is heavy, especially when filled, and therefore needs a stable base to prevent subsidence and damage. A concrete slab, tiles or a gravel layer with a solid foundation are the most suitable options. A wooden deck can also be used, provided it is strong enough to bear the weight. A slight slope is allowed, but too much incline can cause stress on the shell.
