Algemeen
Dit verzendbeleid geldt voor alle bestellingen via de webshop van Qrest (q-rest.nl), zoals hottubkachels, accessoires en onderdelen. Voor maatwerkproducten zoals hottubs, sauna’s, jacuzzi’s en dompelbaden verloopt de bestelling via een offerte; de levering hiervan wordt apart afgesproken (zie de sectie “Maatwerkproducten”).
Verzendmethoden en verzendkosten
- Accessoires en kleine onderdelen worden verzonden als pakket via PostNL.
- Hot tub heaters and heat pumps are delivered on a pallet by a pallet freight carrier.
The current shipping costs depend on the country of delivery and are always shown in the shopping cart and at checkout, before you place your order.
Pallet delivery of heaters
Heaters and heat pumps are delivered on a pallet by a pallet freight carrier. The following applies:
- Delivery to the curb or property boundary, at an address accessible for a truck.
- You will be notified in advance of the delivery day.
- Check the shipment for transport damage upon receipt before signing for it. If you notice any damage, have it noted by the carrier where possible and report it as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours, via [email protected] with photos of the damage and the packaging.
Delivery times
- Netherlands and Belgium: 3–7 business days
- Germany and other countries: 7–30 business days
These delivery times are indicative. Should delivery be delayed, we will inform you as soon as possible and agree on a new delivery date together.
Ordering after viewing in the showroom
Products displayed in our showroom in Zutphen can be viewed on site and ordered directly. We will then deliver your hot tub, jacuzzi, outdoor sauna or ice bath to your home, or deliver the product to the showroom so you can collect it yourself. Below you will find the delivery times and delivery costs that apply to showroom models.
Delivery time after ordering in the showroom
- In-stock models (hot tub, jacuzzi, outdoor sauna, ice bath): 5–10 business days
- Custom-made hot tubs, saunas and jacuzzis: 4–8 weeks
- Heaters and accessories in stock: 3–7 business days
These delivery times start from the moment the order is placed in the showroom and apply to delivery within the Netherlands. For deliveries abroad, the transport time from the overview below will be added.

How delivery works
After placing your order, we will contact you to schedule a delivery date together. Delivery takes place up to the property line or at a location on the premises agreed with you in advance. If the location is difficult to access, for example due to a narrow passage or a delivery via the back entrance, we will discuss this beforehand so we can arrange the right transport. Pickup is possible by appointment at Luchtenhorst 10, Zutphen.
Pickup at the showroom
You can also collect your order free of charge by appointment at one of our showrooms. After your order, we will contact you to schedule the location and pickup time.
Custom products: hot tubs, saunas, jacuzzis and ice baths
These products are not sold through the webshop, but based on a quote. The following applies to these products:
- Delivery within the Netherlands is included.
- For delivery outside the Netherlands, shipping costs will be included in the quote, depending on the destination.
- Delivery takes place by appointment. We will contact you to schedule a delivery date.
- Please make sure the delivery location is easily accessible; we’re happy to discuss any special circumstances (narrow passage, back entrance, crane needed) in advance.

We ship to: the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Austria, France, Luxembourg and Liechtenstein. Delivery to other countries is possible upon request; please contact us for this.
