Warranty on hot tubs and jacuzzis
- A 2-year warranty applies to the surround, the tub, and all stainless steel and plastic parts.
- A 2-year warranty applies to the heaters.
- All electrical components have a warranty period of 2 years.
- The warranty does not apply to the insulating cover and covering parts.
- The warranty applies to the functioning of the parts, not to their appearance.
Wood is a natural material. Due to aging and natural wood movement, slight leaks may occur; this is not a manufacturing fault or defect. Serious leaks, cracks or warping are not acceptable during the warranty period and will be repaired by us.
Warranty on outdoor saunas
- A 2-year warranty applies to outdoor saunas. This applies both when you assemble the sauna yourself and when the assembly is carried out by Qrest.
- The Harvia heaters carry the manufacturer's warranty of 2 years.
- All electrical components of the outdoor sauna have a warranty period of 2 years.
Here too: slight leaks due to natural wood movement are not a defect. Serious leaks, cracks or warping will be repaired by us within the warranty period.
Warranty for professional use
For professional use, such as wellness centers, bed & breakfasts, hotels and campsites, a warranty period of 6 months applies to hot tubs, jacuzzis and saunas.
When does the warranty expire?
The warranty does not apply if:
- the damage was caused by improper use or use contrary to the instructions;
- the product itself has been repaired or modified, or has been repaired or modified by third parties;
- the product has been exposed to abnormal conditions or has been handled carelessly;
- the water has been left stagnant in the hot tub or jacuzzi for an extended period (longer than 1 month).
The warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. You are always entitled to a sound product (statutory warranty).
