An electric hot tub reaches temperature within approximately 3-6 hours, depending on its size. For a 2-person hot tub, the heating time is 2.5-3 hours, for the Q-tub XL 4-5 hours, and for the Q-tub XXL 5-6 hours. The heating time at 3kW is 1-1.5 degrees per hour, at 6kW it's 5 degrees per hour. Of course, you can also simply keep the hot tub at temperature.
