Crane service is not included in the delivery. The crane and associated costs are the customer's responsibility: you arrange the crane yourself, or we can arrange it for you at an additional cost. The average cost of renting a crane is between €200 and €350.

A crane is not always necessary for placing a hot tub. The minimum required passage width is 1.05 metres. A crane is always required for the delivery of an outdoor sauna and jacuzzi.

Read here our blog about using the hot tub in winter.

The warm-up time of a hot tub/jacuzzi depends on several factors, such as the outdoor temperature, the starting temperature of the water, the insulation and the heating method. A wood-fired hot tub/jacuzzi has an average warm-up time of 2 to 3.5 hours. For an electrically heated jacuzzi/hot tub, this depends on the power of the heating element:

– 3 kW: approximately 10 to 16 hours (depending on the volume)
– 6 kW: approximately 5 to 6 hours
– heat pump: approximately 4 to 6 hours

The great advantage of an electrically heated hot tub is that you can easily keep the water at temperature, so your spa is always ready for immediate use.

To maintain water quality, we recommend using AquaFinesse in combination with a filter system. This keeps the water clean and clear without needing daily attention. Replace the water approximately every 2-3 months and be sure to thoroughly clean the jacuzzi before adding fresh water.
