Ordered a hot tub from Qrest last month. Service beyond expectations! We had been looking for a hot tub for a while, but didn't yet know exactly what we wanted and what would look good in our garden. We found Qrest online and first sent them an email. A few minutes later we already got a reply, and the same day we received a quote based on our wishes. We drove to the showroom over the weekend and were helped very well there. We were shown everything and given explanations about the different sizes, materials and options. In the end, our hot tub was completely configured just the way we had envisioned it. 6 weeks later the hot tub was delivered to our home, and the at-home service was top-notch too! We can recommend anyone looking for a hot tub to get one from Qrest :) they also have a wide range of saunas, which is also something we wish for in the future. We will definitely get that from Qrest too.

During our visit to the showroom they took all the time we needed, no pushy salesperson, just good information. Follow-up questions were answered quickly via WhatsApp, and a quick video call was no problem at all. The installation was a challenge because the space was tight. With a lot of patience and practical solutions, it still worked out. The jacuzzi is of great quality and wonderful to lie in. I'm very happy I chose Qrest!

We bought a Hottub XL from Qrest and are extremely satisfied! Aleksandr gave us an extensive tour of the showroom via video call and clearly answered all our questions. He knows an enormous amount about hot tubs, explains everything calmly and well, and also responds very quickly via email and/or WhatsApp. The service is truly top-notch! Today our hot tub was delivered and installed, and Aleksandr did that excellently himself as well. Everything was arranged neatly and professionally. We are more than satisfied with Qrest. The hot tub is of beautiful quality and the service is personal, knowledgeable and really pleasant. Absolutely recommended!
