We understand that you can't wait to relax in your new hot tub. That's why we do everything we can to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Delivery with us takes 2 to 6 weeks. You will receive a message from us stating the possible delivery dates and asking at what times you are available for the delivery of your new hot tub. This way, you'll receive your hot tub whenever suits you best! We can assure you: the wait will be more than worth it!

Our installation service includes:

• Placing it in the desired location
• Removing and taking away the packaging
• Installing the heater and its accompanying parts
• Installing the sand filter and the filter box

The cost of the installation service is €250,–

Additional options

Our hot tub can be equipped with fantastic extras such as a massage system, a sand filter for crystal-clear water, and atmospheric underwater lighting. Complete your hot tub with these great options!

• Massage system

Q-tub XL and Q-tub XXL are equipped with 10 massage jets, Q-tub Mini with 8 jets, Q-cuzzi Internal 32 jets and External 17 jets, which you can individually adjust in strength. In addition, you can distribute the jets across the tub yourself as you like, so you can always experience the perfect massage.

• Bubble system

16 bubble jets provide a wonderfully relaxing experience.

• Sand filter

A sand filter is an excellent choice for water maintenance, as it effectively removes dirt, sand, and other impurities from the water. This ensures clear and clean water, in combination with other maintenance products, such as chlorine.

• WPC finish

WPC, or Wood Plastic Composite, is a fantastic choice for your outdoor product! It offers the beautiful look of wood, is durable, water-resistant, and resistant to mould and rot, so you can enjoy it for years without spending much time on maintenance.

• Thermowood finish

Thermowood is a durable and smart choice for an outdoor product. Thermowood undergoes a treatment in which the wood is heated to high temperatures, improving its stability and making it less susceptible to mould and insects, while retaining a beautiful, warm colour. To preserve the beauty and durability of thermowood, it's important to treat it with oil or stain. This treatment protects the wood against weather influences and helps maintain its natural colour and appearance.

• LED lighting

With LED lighting in a hot tub, you create the perfect atmosphere. Our lighting offers 8 settings: 7 settings where the colour stays on one shade and 1 setting where the colour changes automatically.

• Entry handrail

With our handy entry handrail, you can easily and safely step in and out. This sturdy handrail provides the support you need.

• Spark arrestor

A spark arrestor is useful because it prevents sparks or burning particles from escaping your wood-fired heater. This reduces the risk of fire.

• Insulating cover

An insulating cover protects the water from dirt, keeping water quality stable and reducing maintenance. It also provides extra safety, especially if you have children and/or pets, and protects the hot tub from weather influences.
